What restaurants are not losing quality to save money?

In the past few months I have noticed that restaurants are using cheaper cuts of meat for steaks and filling our drinks with so much ice that when it melts your coke or whatever it is is so watery that you can’t drink it (no free refills). This has happened in many restaurants in Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. If anyone knows any good chains or restaurants in these areas please let me know.
How expensive to install central heating in an Amish-built house that has none?
I have my eye on a nice 6 bedroom house in Pennsylvania that was built in 2002 by Amish and has no central heating. Any HVAC cognescenti have an opinion on the cost (and wisdom) of retrofitting it with central heating? One of the central issues is that banks don’t like to give mortgages (apparently) on houses that have no central heating.

What are the best small appliances for my future kitchen?

I’m moving into an apartment in a week, and am trying to plan what I should buy for it. The kitchen already has an oven, microwave, etc… so what I’m looking for are small appliances like a toaster, Foreman grill, and so on. I’m a rookie when it comes to kitchens, so I’m wondering what the most important, most versatile, and most cost effective appliances I can buy are. So far, I’m planning on a toaster, pressure cooker and an electric contract grill. What else should I get?
What brand of golf clubs is best for a chick starting out?
I want to start playing golf. I’m 22 years old and I’ve done a little research on golf clubs. I knew going into this that Callaway is probably the best brand, but its also really expensive. Is Wilson a good brand for Women’s golf clubs? I want to spend no more than 2 or 3 hundred dollars on a complete set to start out with. Is that reasonable?

Central Heating – how would you go about installing it in your home?
Hi. I am just about to make an offer on a house – but it does not have central heating! If my offer is accepted, I’m sure to install some sort of heating to it – radiators & underfloor heating for the bathroom. The house hasn’t been touched for many many years it seems, and I have a chance of really doing things anew, installing efficient up-to-date systems. . But I am completely baffled as to how go about this. Should I choose oil/ gas/ electricity… for example? How much does everything cost to do up?? (it’s a semi-detatched 3 bed house by the way, if this info helps) And who / which establishment should I ask to do it for me??? I hear british gas is expensive… . Any suggestions, comments appreciated. Thanks.
